  • Outstanding subject leadership secures the very best outcomes for our children through our purposefully sequenced and interconnected curriculum.
  • To embed the use of the statutory baseline and the new EYFS framework to streamline assessment and progress, and further develop the EYFS curriculum to prioritise the systematic teaching of early language, phonics and number.
  • To strengthen the school community , post-pandemic, further developing an improved understanding of health and well-being and how these impact on children's development.
  • To review and re-frame the RGTSA so that it continues to work effectively to deliver for schools and train the next generation of teachers.
